Working principle, operation and maintenance of refrigerated dryer

2. The principle of work

The humid and high temperature compressed air flow into the pre cooler (high temperature type special) heat exchanger and heat exchange between the heat exchanger and the cold air discharged from the evaporator, so that the temperature of the compressed air entering the evaporator is reduced.

The compressed air after the heat exchange flows into the evaporator through the heat exchange function of the evaporator and the heat exchange of the refrigerant. The heat in the compressed air is taken away by the refrigerant, the compressed air is cooled quickly, the moisture in the moist air reaches the saturation temperature and condenses rapidly. The water after condensation is formed into water after condensing, and the unique gas water separator is high. The water is separated from the air by centrifugal force and the water is discharged from the automatic drain valve. The air pressure dew point after cooling can reach 2 degrees Celsius.

The cooling air after cooling flows through the air heat exchange with the high temperature moisture and hot air inlet of the entrance. The heat exchange cold air increases the temperature by absorbing the heat of the inlet air, while the compressed air is also reheated by the two condensers of the refrigeration system (unique design of the peer) and the high temperature refrigerants. The temperature is fully heated to ensure that the outlet air pipes do not dew. At the same time, the cold source of the outlet air is fully utilized to ensure the condensation effect of the freezing system and ensure the quality of the air at the outlet of the machine.

3, the main instrument of the machine and the main control switch

The main instruments of the machine are composed of the compressor air pressure meter, the cold medium high pressure meter and the cold medium low pressure meter. The main controller is composed of the ON/OFF button switch, the high and low protection switch of the freezing system and the antifreeze switch.

1. The air pressure gauge is installed on the instrument panel to display the pressure of the compressed air on the machine. The table is composed of several scales. The Mpa and Kg/CM2 below are the unit values of pressure. When reading the pressure value, the scale value corresponding to the pointer on the watch table is added to its relative unit value.

2. The cold medium low table is installed on the dashboard to display the pressure or temperature at the low pressure end of the refrigeration system. The table is made up of several scales, and the reading method is the same as the high pressure meter.

Remarks: the size of the machine is different from the quantity and type of the meter. The actual configuration is in accordance with the material object.

4. Main controller

The ON/OFF button switch is installed on the dashboard of the machine to control the operation and stop of the machine.

The high voltage protection switch of the refrigeration system is installed in the machine platform, which is used to control the pressure of the high pressure end and the low pressure end of the refrigeration system, so as to avoid the equipment damage caused by the pressure of the machine platform over the use range.

3. The defrosting solenoid valve is installed in the machine platform to control the condensing pressure of the machine platform, so as to avoid the low condensing pressure of the machine and cause the ice blocking of the evaporator.
